Visionwide V-Tec SF 3120 CNC Bridge Mill

The Visionwide V-Tec SF 3120 is a 2014 CNC bridge mill built for shops that machine oversized molds, dies, plates, and structural components. With 125″ of X travel, an 83″ gap between columns, and a 6,000 RPM CAT 50 geared spindle, this machine handles the kind of work that doesn’t fit on a standard VMC. Equipped with a Fanuc 31iMB control, AICC II Nano high-speed look-ahead machining, and 300 PSI coolant-through spindle, the SF 3120 is configured for both heavy roughing in steel and high-speed finishing in aluminum and tool steels. A 118″ x 71″ table and 47″ of clearance from bridge to table give you room to fixture parts most machine tools can’t accept. The double-column bridge design delivers the rigidity required for sustained heavy cuts without sacrificing thermal stability across long programs. The Fanuc 31iMB control is paired with AICC II Nano look-ahead machining, so complex 3D toolpaths run smoothly with tight surface finish.
